• I cannot log in. Why not?
  Please check to make sure that "cookies" are enabled in your browser settings. If you are using IE6, please follow these instructions to enable your "cookies": click on the "Tools" link on your browser, go to "Internet Options" and click on the "Privacy" tab. You will see a button marked "Advanced", click on it, and then put a check mark in the box that says "override cookie handling", when you are done click on OK and then OK again. Proceed to the contest login page and try again.
• I forgot my password. What is it?
  First try the Hints page. If this doesn't help, use the form below to tell us as much as you can remember about your registration information and what you would like your new password to be. Note: the email address you submit below must be the one you registered with or we cannot complete your request.
• How do I turn off contest email to my account?
  This can be done on My Summary.
• Can a friend or family member use the same browser or email address as me to play the contest?
  This is addressed in the Help pages.
